Its business include development and services. PT Pelindo Properti Indonesia is an affiliate company of state-owner port operator PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) or Pelindo III Group. As of December 2017, Pelindo III Group controls 99% shares in PT PPI through its subsidiary PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (PT BJTI). Other remaining shaes in PT PPI was owned by Koperasi Pelindo III. According to information found in Pelindo III Group Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT Pelindo Properti Indonesia was established in 2014 to optimize land assets of Pelindo III Group. PT PPI has main business focus on tourism development and marine education in the working area of Pelindo III Group, especially Banyuwangi, East Java and Labuan Bajo, Flores.

Staf Legal (Code : LG-35)

Requirements
  • Male.
  • Minimum age of 23 years and maximum age of 30 years old on 1 March 2019.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Law from a reputable university with minimum accreditation B for PTN and minimum accreditation A for PTS.
  • Have experience and handle litigation and / or non-litigation links and / or work experience of at least 1 year in an advocate's office and / or notary's office/
  • Able to operate Ms. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Have a valid SKCK from the Police.
  • Physical health  (evidenced by the results of a health test from the hospital / PUSKESMAS).
  • Drug-free certificate from a government hospital
